Mafia Definitive edition is an action adventure video game developed by Hangar 13 and published by 2K games. This is the remake of mafia game released in 2002. This is fourth game of the mafia series. Story based in Lost Heaven (based on Chicago). Story driven in year 1930. The story based on Taxi driver who faced to rice and fail in his story and turned mobster Tommy Angelo with in the Salieri Crime family. In thy game player can experience the open world. In the world player can play side missions and can find about secrets about their own leisure. the remake make improvement in various section in the game such as gameplay mission dynamics graphics and motorcycles are introduced to the series.

The game released for Microsoft windows, PlayStation 4, Xbox one, on 25 September 2020. When considering mafia trilogy 2nd game has remaster version and 3rd game has updated version up to release.

GamePlay

Mafia Definitive edition build from the ground with new assets. And expanded story although mission and arcs from the original game. In the game player controls Tommy Angelo like the old game released in 2002. Player can navigate through world by foot and or vehicle. In the remake version they include motorcycles and this is the first time of motorcycles available in Mafia series. Gameplay mechanics same to Mafia iii Game. And also, includes A class difficulty setting it serve as game’s hardest difficulty setting and that change game play mechanics like ammunition management and responsiveness of police to the crime.

In the game out side the main story mode separate free ride mode included. And allow player to explore the city and free ride and free ride extreme merge in to one mode. with the latter's outlandish and over-the-top side missions incorporated into the main Free Ride segment as hidden secrets to be uncovered by the player.

For this game post update released on October 2020 with this update add new activities to the game. Including Taxi missions and racing mode. Racing mode take place in autodrome featured in the missions “Fair play” with the update game can play on black and white. And this mode labeled as “Noir Mode” as a homage to film noir movies of the era, as well as various options allowing the player to show or hide parts of the games.
