In the game story follows story of Aloy young huntress of Nora tribe sent on a quest to the arcane frontier known as the Forbidden West. Aloy must find source of mysterious plague that kills all it infects. Aloy travel through this uncharted land. Aloy fight with dangerous enemies and with deadly machines in a hostile area. And she discovers variety of eco systems these are lush valleys, dry deserts, snowy mountains, tropical beaches and ruined cities, both above and below the water.

This is an action role playing game in third person perspective and player get control of Aloy who young huntress in Nora tribe in the world populated by dangerous machines. Player can experience open world game from this game. Story driven in post-apocalyptic California, Utah and Nevada. In the game there is mysterious land called Forbidden west. Game map lager than previous game. And fill with secrets of old one beneath the ruins. And game provide multiple location that rich with that old ruins these are San Francisco and the Yosemite Valley with various biomes.
